The hotel was everything it was advertised as, with no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were clean, huge, and filled with amenities, overlooking a peaceful tree-filled garden in a very good location with easy access to all local attractions. The service was very helpful and accommodating, offering prepaid card payment for the accommodation period, but limited to operating hours from 10 am to 10 pm. The location was brilliant, close to the main square and an easy 10-minute walk from the Old Town. Dining was fabulous at The Stage bar/pool hall from 07.30 until noon, but being placed on the 7th floor with no elevator could be challenging. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
The hotel was clean, modern, and well-equipped, perfect for a 5-minute walk to the main square. The rooms were large with a balcony through large patio doors. The service was fantastic, especially with organizing special requests before our arrival. The location was excellent, very close to the square, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The 4Seasons Apartments have modern rooms with a big balcony connecting both, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable issue with dust and unpleasant smells in the toilet. The staff is friendly and helpful, making special arrangements before arrival like organizing trips and birthday surprises. The location is quiet and close to the main square, perfect for easy exploration of Krakow. The dining experience is good but could be improved, and there are some challenges like no elevator and limited breakfast options.
